Offshore Oil – FPSO MV: Four Vanguard - Western Australia

At the time of inspection the system was almost inoperable and subject to massive hydraulics leaks. Working with Monobuoy Sarl, we carried out a full overhaul of the three 165 tonne winch hydraulic control systems, simplified and introduced modular manifold control, which resulted in a reduction of pipework, connections and potential leak points. Hedley personnel carried out final commissioning of the DSPM connection. Other works on the vessel included ancillary crane installation, commissioning of the well-head control hydraulics, and general hydraulic repairs.
