What we do...
Hydraulic System Design & Engineering
We have a proven track record of using trusted quality brands and providing reliable engineering services for the design, manufacture, supply and installation of hydraulic systems. For example, we supply Hydraulic Power Units in a range of sizes, from small single pump units with AC or DC kW motors, through to large multi pump units. We can offer a power capacity from < 0.09 kW right through to > 500 kW. Flow rates from 0.01 litres per minute through to > 5000 litres per minute and operating pressures > 1000 bar; with in house manufacture of reservoirs in both carbon and stainless steel > 5000 litres in volume.
Hedley work closely with customers to provide tailored engineering solutions. Another key product we supply are hydraulic Test Rigs. Typically, a customer would approach us with their requirements. For instance, the Test Rig might be required for pressure testing, oil filtration and cleanliness or component testing. We work closely with the customer to produce a design brief and a tailored precision engineered solution.
We also supply hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, valves and all other types of hydraulic components. Coupled with the highest safety critical standards this allows us to operate successfully across all industries.
