Hedley supply Hydraulic system for the Aggregate Industry

Hedley designed, fabricated, and supplied a dual lubricating and cooling system for a returning customer in the aggregate industry.

The hydraulic system feeds a specified amount of fluid to flush and lubricate a bearing housing, maintaining a high level of oil cleanliness for a quarry aggregate vibrating machine. Delivering 14L/Min at 7-bar split equally via a twin flow monitoring panel to the bearings. Oil is returned back to the tank via 2 fluid conditioning units, and it is all contained in the same freestanding carbon steel frame and PLC with remote operator terminal.
