Where are you based?
Our head office is in Crigglestone in Wakefield, and we have a depot in Gateshead.

We ship anywhere in the UK and worldwide subject to customs requirements and the necessary paperwork
Do you provide warranty on the equipment you supply?
Yes typically this is one year, however under certain conditions this can be increased our full details are in our terms and conditions

We are accredited to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018
Can you supply certificates of testing and conformity?
Yes if they are requested at the point of ordering we can provide test certificates and certificates of conformity and certificates of origin.
Do you offer credit accounts?
Yes for UK customers where a successful trading relationship has already been established. We would run a credit check. And we would set the credit terms generally 60 days end of month.
Can you do hydraulic repairs?
Yes we run a comprehensive hydraulic repair and refurbishment service.
