Hedley Hydraulics have been designing and installing hydraulic pipework for over 45 years.  An example of a project we have been working on recently is a refurbishment of three roll on roll off road systems at a dock which are used as a loading device for ferries. We routed the pipework from the HPU to the deck separation and finger flap cylinders. In 316 Stainless Steel using Parker EO Form and Butt Weld Systems.  We then flushed and pressure tested prior to site acceptance test (SAT) and commissioning of the system. 

We have lots of experience of different types of pipework and in addition to 316 Stainless Steel, we can also work with Carbon Steel and Tungsten.  Using DIN, manipulated EO2 Form, Welded Socket, Butt Weld and Silver Solder.  We work from a range of 6mm to 168mm in varying wall thicknesses.
