Edward Barratt (known as Ed) as Workshop Operations & Service Manager ensures the workshop runs smoothly and on time, he's responsible for the overall running of the workshop, managing day-to day operations are fulfilled to the highest quality standards. Organising the Hydraulic fitters, service engineers and apprentices to meet their deadlines and ensuring health and safety practices are met. 

Ed is part of the Production team planning production targets, ensuring productivity and efficiency and ensuring targets are met.  Ed is also part of the ISO team and is a Mental Health First Aider.
